I invite you to join a fun experiment where you'll use a virtual shopping assistant at a fictional e- store to select custom perfume ingredients—no real purchase required. The interaction will take about 7 minutes, followed by an 8-minute survey to gather your feedback on the experience. Your participation would be invaluable!

Purpose of the study

To understand how different chatbot interaction methods affect user attitudes and behaviors in digital shopping experiences.

Technical Requirements

Make sure your VOLUME is up & MICROPHONE is on as you might need it for the task.

Data collection and usage

Data Collected:

● Survey responses

● interactions with the digital assistant (only the dialogue transcript),

● metadata including user's IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, user agent, time stamps of chatbot interaction).

Data Handling: Secure storage, accessible only to the research team.

Confidentiality: Responses will remain confidential, and public reports will not include identifiable information.

Duration of Data Storage: Retained indefinitely.
